About Culip

LogoThe symbol of Culip is a modern art consisting a flower of chrysanthemum. I think as though I had followed footsteps of the history of Japan. Monkey see, monkey do, defeating, recovery, suffering a setback, Westernization, etc. This logo represents the modern Japan, and that's why I draw this like a modern art.

Accessibility

I'm sure that accessibility is one of the most important issue on computing. I have a great interest in accessibility, and would like to participate in redeeming today's digital divide problem.

I just want to show you that I have enough skills of writing XHTML & CSS documents:
Valid XHTML 1.1 Valid CSS!
Still my goal is not only to obtain those two images, but also making my best effort to improve accessibility.

Speaker FAQ

What the word "Culip" comes from?
Cucumber + Tulip = Culip! It was an ideal flower I doodled when I was twelve. This name is loved by many people . . . boys and girls, the young and the elder, Japanese and American, whatever.
Is there Japanese version?
No. So far I haven't planned to make the Japanese version. It seems tiresome!
Where is your web server located?
Toronto, Canada. I'm currently using Netfirms USA. I found their campaign in PC Magazine two years ago. Though it's expensive compared with other web hosting services like 1&1, in my experience, the quality of Netfirms' customer support is outstanding.
